2021 Cabernet Franc

Grown in southern Osoyoos and aged in premium American oak for 22 months this complex Cabernet Franc offers bold aromas of raspberry, cracked pepper and cedar.  Bright acidity and robust tannin are complemented by currant, black cherry, and a hint of toasted cinnamon.  Pairs perfectly with Beef Bourguignon or an Eggplant Parmesan.  This elegant wine should be enjoyed over the next 5 years.
