2021 Merlot

This 100% Merlot was grown on Chris Scott’s Oak Knoll Vineyard in Kaleden.  15 months of ageing in premium French and American Oak produces lively aromas of strawberry, vanilla, and raspberry.  Bright field berries and subtle spice lead to balanced acidity and velvety tannin.  This wine will pair beautifully with a variety of dishes from char-grilled steak, spaghetti and meatballs, or enjoy with your favourite cheese.  Will age beautifully over the next 3-5 years.
