Deep garnet in the glass, it bursts with ripe blackberry, boysenberry, and mulberry layered with violet, dark rose, and a graphite edge.

The palate is dense and focused, revealing blackcurrant skin, cocoa, espresso and a savoury thread of sage and bay leaf as it opens. Extended time in French oak has polished the naturally powerful tannins into a sleek, confident frame, adding hints of clove, sandalwood, and subtle toast while keeping the fruit firmly in the foreground.
