Composed from select rows of Sagemoor Vineyard, our 2022 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 32 months in French oak, developing exceptional depth and structure. This vintage opens with aromas of blackberry, cassis, and dark chocolate, framed by subtle cedar and roasted coffee. On the palate, dense black fruit and graphite mingle with toasted oak and a whisper of herbal spice, leading to a long, polished finish marked by firm, elegant tannins. Enjoy now for its power and vibrancy, or cellar gracefully for 5–8 years as the layers continue to evolve. Pairs beautifully with rosemary lamb, charred ribeye, or wild mushroom risotto.
