2019 Reserve Killer Cab
Our Reserve Killer Cab is blended from the best rows of our favourite vineyards and aged in our premium oak barrels for 30 months. With its late spring and mild summer, 2019 produced beautifully ripe and balanced fruit. A blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Syrah, and 3% Petit Verdot makes this Reserve Killer Cab a powerful and austere wine. Aromas of strawberry, anise, and plum lead perfectly into a palate of blackberry,
spiced caramel, currant and a hint of black pepper. Acidity balances the powerful tannin perfectly and you are left with the lingering warmth of toasted vanilla on
the palate. With careful ageing this wine will age beautifully over the next 6-8 years. Pair with a tomahawk steak, blue cheese, or simply the darkest of chocolate.
