Our 2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is composed from select rows of Sagemoor Vineyard and aged in 100% American Oak for 27 months. This Cabernet Sauvignon delivers black currant, vanilla, and cherry cola aromas on the nose. Rich in colour and flavour, this wine bursts with raspberry and licorice. A lingering toasted spice on the palate complements a robust tannic finish. Enjoy the strong impact of this Cabernet young or lay it down and wait in anticipation as it ages beautifully over the next 5 to 7 years. Pairs perfectly with a blue cheese crostini or a grilled filet mignon.
