Our 2020 Reserve Killer Cab is blended from the best rows of our favourite vineyards and aged in our premium oak barrels for 31 months. A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Syrah, and 15% Petit Verdot makes this Reserve Killer Cab a powerful and balanced wine. Aromas of strawberry, anise, and plum lead perfectly into a palate of black cherry,
caramel, currant and a hint of spice. Acidity balances the powerful tannin perfectly and you are left with the lingering warmth of toasted vanilla on
the palate. With careful ageing this wine will age beautifully over the next 7-9 years. Pair with a tomahawk steak, blue cheese, or simply the darkest of chocolate.
