Crafted from the finest rows of our most cherished vineyards, our Reserve Killer Cab is a testament to patience, precision, and power. Aged 37 months in premium oak, this bold and structured blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Malbec, and Merlot showcases the depth and intensity of its vintage.

The 2021 growing season delivered beautifully ripened fruit, resulting in a wine of remarkable balance and complexity. Aromas of strawberry, anise, and ripe plum lead into a rich palate of blackberry, spiced caramel, dark currant, and a whisper of black pepper. The extended oak aging enhances the structure, while a lingering warmth of toasted vanilla rounds out the finish.

Powerful yet polished, this wine will continue to evolve over the next 6–8 years. Best paired with a perfectly seared tomahawk steak, bold blue cheese, or the deepest, darkest chocolate.
